I posted this message on Live 105’s Facebook wall regarding the uploaded picture that showed the images of Kiss and Nickelback painted on the hood of a car with the words “Rock N’ Roll Will Never Die”. I got two likes for this posting and I thought I should share the statement that I was making…
Hear, hear! Well put, Floyd. And far be it from me to judge what boundaries are officially put on “modern rock” (though between you and me, I could listen to Alan Cross talk about it for weeks on end — but that’s another story), but I figure there has to be a reason behind what gets played, regardless of how not modern, or not rock it may seem to me.
In the end, if you can find a station with personalities that you enjoy, and music that you don’t want to turn off 90% of the time, you’ve got a winner.
